Heir Apparent

by Vivian Van Velde

Little known about Rasmussen is that their popcorn is top-notch! Pop some Rasmussen Gaming Center Popcorn as you read through this story.

When Janine gets captured at the Barbarian camp, she’s turned into a chicken and tied to a tree. Thankfully, you’re free to have Barbarian Supper with Grimbold and his camp: Turkey leg, baked sweet potato, and roasted kale.

Cook

Rasmussen Center Gaming Popcorn

Complexity: Super easy if you have a popcorn popper!
Time: 6 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • Small handful popcorn kernels
  • Salt or cinnamon sugar to taste
  • Melted margarine or butter to taste

Directions

  1. Place oil and three kernels of popcorn in popper and plug in to start heating. When the three kernels have popped, the oil is hot enough.
  2. Drop in the handful of popcorn kernels and replace the lid. Get a large bowl ready.
  3. When the popcorn has stopped popping or when you can count a full second between pops, turn off the popper. Dump the popcorn into the bowl and add salt (or cinnamon sugar) and butter. Enjoy immediately.
